Return Policy

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have purchased from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we will exchange or refund non sale items, and non-customised items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition and in the clear packaging it was sent in within 7 days of the buyer receiving it. We will not accept any products that have a scent of fragrance or show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed.

Just to clarify;

  • We will NOT refund/ exchange products that are specified under our “sale” category.
  • We will NOT refund/ exchange products that are specified under our “customised” category.

Please also note, we will not be refunding the original delivery charge and we will not reimburse the cost of any return shipping fees. The item is your responsibility until it has been received by us so we recommend using a recorded delivery method. We will not accept responsibility for any items being lost in transit.

To initiate a refund/ exchange, please email us with your request and we will endeavour to respond with the instructions needed within 48 working hours. The email address is: info@shebaclothing.co.uk

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund through the same payment method as the initial purchase. The funds should appear in your account generally within 15 days after approval.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
